Snapped a few pictures right before the girls headed out the door on Valentine’s Day.
Londyn, ready to head out the door. She got this shirt for Christmas and has been “saving” it for Valentine’s Day. She lost her second tooth the night before (she actually let me pull it out). The first one, she lost on Christmas day. A new holiday tradition for her? Two front teeth for Easter?
Jacey with her Valentine’s box. I generally hate these type of assignments/projects. Meaning, the kind that take up a ton of time, resources, and require more effort by the parents than the children. Oh, and have no educational value whatsoever. Luckily, Jacey was smart enough to NOT ask me for help, but went straight to Will instead. Will is the creative one, and yes he knows how to navigate Pinterest. I guess their efforts were worth it, since she came home with this:
The award for the most creative box. Which is, I think, what she was hoping for all along.
And just because we can’t leave him out -
No special Valentine’s plans for this boy. He stayed home with me and “helped” me make sugar cookies. I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day on principle, but I have no objection to sugar cookies, regardless of the reason. :)

I feel the same way about Valentine's.
Jacey's box is awesome.
Lincoln thought those pictures of Calvin were him him since he has those same pajamas.
Oh your little people are so cute! I always love your beautiful, bright pictures. And way to go on the Valentine's box, Jacey and Will. Calvin reminds me so much of Everett in that picture on the right. By the way, glad to hear that there might be some mellowing in my future (even though it might still be a year away!) :).
