We took our annual trip downtown to see the flowers last Sunday. I thought for sure it would be too early for flowers, since it has snowed just about every week around here. But sure enough, they were out and they were beautiful. We met Heather and Scott and their girls down there, and also Will's parents. My feet were a little tired by the end but it was an absolutely beautiful afternoon.
I'm glad the girls' dresses from last spring still fit them because they're some of my favorites.
Grandma and Grandpa Robins with the granddaughters.
My lame attempt at a self portrait. Scott is standing there laughing at me. Yes, I am a bit ridiculous.
When I told Londyn that we were going to go to temple square after church, she asked if we could go see the statue. She even ran and grabbed an issue of the Friend with "the statue" on the cover to make sure I knew which one she wanted to see. It was by far her favorite sight of the afternoon. In fact, the afternoon went downhill for her after that . . . I lost track of how many times Will put her in timeout for running away from us and climbing on things she wasn't supposed to.
But she was also in popcorn popping heaven. She would stoop down and collect fallen "popcorn" from the trees and try to feed it to everybody. Yum.
I finally found some of me in Jacey - her neon white legs. You're welcome, J.
Don't let her fool you for a minute. Sweet and innocent, bah! (Well, sometimes sweet . . . but rarely innocent.)
My favorite pic of the day, because it was completely candid.
And a couple more, just because I took them and they now have nowhere to live but this little blog.
And to end, Londyn getting yet another talking-to/timeout. She really looks like she's paying attention and Will's message is really sinking in. Stinker.

Those pictures are amazing. And why do you look so dang cute and I look like a big blob?
I love all the pictures! I really love the picture with the blossoming tree with the temple in the backgroud. You are talented! And such a cute pregnant girl!
Nice blog. I think the groundscrew plants already-bloomed flowers to accompany their others, so that's why it looks so beautiful.
You have a great eye for photos.
Haha...Londyn and Reese sound like 2 pees in a pod. These pictures make me want to get married again (still to Tom) and have you take my pictures. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate my wedding photos? Sad. Anywho, what a cute little tradition and I LOVE all your pictures. You are fantabulous my Cynthia.
Londyn reminds me of Will, she is definetly a keeper, I love the blogs about her.
Mike
I love flowers.
Nice pictures! I'm glad someone else's 3 year old runs off occasionally too!
