I must say, life would be just plain boring around our house without her.
We're going to have some Cafe Rio tonight (her favorite) and go play at Boondocks. She keeps asking me "Is it time for my birthday to start yet?" I tried explaining that her birthday is all day long, but apparently doing laundry and returning library books doesn't quite hold the same excitement for her. I did do her chores for her today though, so that ought to count for something, no?

What fun door steamers! I think returning library books is a fun b-day activity. And, all I really want for my b-day is for someone to do my chores for me.

She has 5 chores right now - make bed, clean room, brush teeth & comb hair, get dressed, and empty the garbages (she brings them into the kitchen and empties them into the kitchen trash can.) I have grand intentions of making a fun chore chart for her, but so far it hasn't happened.

oh, we are still on for the preschool water party at my house on Thursday at 10:00. Hopefully it will be nice weather after today I'm not sure what to expect..... =)

Happy Birthday, Jacey. Those are great chores for her. My daughter will be 4 in six months, and I think I'll start implementing some of those daily chores in our house.
